Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, Global Vision Co., Ltd. (AI Division) (the “Company”) has established this policy to protect users’ personal information and to handle related complaints promptly.
1. Items Collected and Purposes

2. Retention Period
Consultation information: 1 year after the consultation ends. Payment records: 5 years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Account access and login information received during the work: destroyed and revoked within 30 days after the contract ends.
3. Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law or with the user’s consent. Necessary information may be provided to a payment processor to process payments.
4. Users’ Rights
Users may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of their personal information. Requests sent to the contact below will be handled without delay.
5. Security Measures
We minimize access rights, require administrator authentication, keep access logs, store data encrypted and destroy it within the retention period.
